Fair Wear Foundation

Waves & Wild Water garment supplier, Stanley/Stella has been a member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) since 2012. FWF is an independent, non-profit organization that works with brands, factories, trade unions, NGOs, and governments to provide better working conditions for garment workers around the world.

Being a member of FWF means that Stanley/Stella is committed to improving working conditions in their supply chain. FWF carries out audits in Stanley/Stella’s partner factories on a regular basis and establishes Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) where needed to ensure workers’ rights and safe, dignified, and properly paid employment. Stanley/Stella has shown advanced results on performance indicators and has made exceptional progress.

FWF also provides a Performance Check report that assesses the progress of member companies in implementing labour standards in their supply chains. Stanley/Stella has a benchmarking score of 85, which is a testament to their commitment to fair labour practices.

By being a member of FWF means that Stanley/Stella is committed to ensuring that their garments are produced under fair and safe working conditions, and they are taking active steps to improve the working conditions in their supply chain.
